Please note, refunds on preordered devices are not accepted or processed until the device has been received by the customer. This policy is in place due to the utilization of preorder funds for scaling manufacturing efforts. We appreciate your understanding and support in bringing these innovative products to market.

Refund Policy

At Infinity Rift LLC, we stand by the quality and effectiveness of our PEMF devices and are confident you’ll find them transformative. To support this confidence, we offer an extended 6-month money-back guarantee from the date you receive your device. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your experience, we invite you to take advantage of our refund policy.
To initiate a refund, please reach out to our customer support team via our support email via Support@QuantumResonator.com. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days to process your request, providing you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and document via email. Once you receive your RMA number and document, please include a copy with your device and ensure your device is shipped back to us within 7 days.
Please adhere to the following guidelines when returning your device for a refund:
Non-compliance with these guidelines may result in Infinity Rift LLC refusing the return or charging you for all associated processing, shipping, and handling fees.
For bundle returns, a full refund will be issued if all devices included in the bundle are returned. If only part of a bundle is returned, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the full price of the item(s) you retain.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 3-10 business days of the refund approval. In cases where the original payment method is no longer active, please contact us via our support email to arrange an alternative refund method. Refunds are issued promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s), with a maximum processing time of 10 days from the product’s arrival at our facility.
Should you not receive your refund within 10 days of our refund confirmation, please contact our customer support for assistance.
It’s important that the sender of the return shipment matches the recipient of the original order to ensure a smooth return process.
We understand that individual experiences with our products may vary, and some users may need additional time to fully assess the effectiveness of our devices. If you require an extension beyond the 6-month guarantee period, please reach out to us, and we’d be happy to accommodate your request.
Warranty Policy
Our warranty covers physical and digital defects not caused by improper use. Physical damage from misuse or water damage is not covered. This warranty is valid for 6-months from the date of receipt, with a possible extension to 12 months depending on the specific case. Defective devices verified by our support team will be eligible for replacement or compensation. Non-returnable products, as specified on our site, are excluded from replacements or refunds.
Accessory Policy
Returns and refunds for accessories follow the same guidelines as our devices. To qualify for a return or refund, accessories must be unused, in original condition, and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Damaged or non-functioning accessories cannot be returned for a refund.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene reasons, certain accessories such as support straps are not eligible for return or refund. This policy also applies to products designated as non-returnable on our site.
